One day, in the spring of 2008, I thought I was going to literally scratch my eyeballs out of their sockets. For probably an entire day, I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and then a light bulb went on. It was ALLERGIES!
Thankfully I had some eye drops but over the years my allergies have only gotten worse. Depending on the year, sometimes I can get through the seasons changing without the feeling that I’m dying. Well this season change has been absolute hell so far.
Yesterday, from the moment I stepped outside, I knew it was going to be a bad day. Mother Nature decided to have a full on wind storm causing the pollen on the ground to swirl all around me. Needless to say, I felt absolutely gross and wanted to take a shower immediately. Unfortunately, I had to go to work but remembered my Neutrogena Naturals wipes from Influenster!!
I’m super familiar with Neutrogena’s facial wipes for removing make up and used these wipes for that purpose when they first arrived. But realized they could also be used for getting the pollen off my face! The cooling felt great since I felt like I was dying my entire commute to work. Let’s just say I would TOTALLY recommend Neutrogena Naturals for not only make up removal but also during allergy season. What a total life saver and my new favorite allergy season product!! Definitely adding it to my allergy season survival kit which already includes Zyrtec, tissues and Advil.
But back to the real reason I have these Neutrogena Natruals wipes. Influenster sent them so I could take #WipeForWater challenge. For at least three days, I was asked to stop using water to clean my face and use Neutrogena Naturals instead. When I started wearing make up I used oily serums that I hated, therefore I stopped wearing make up as much. About two or three years ago, I came across Neutrogena’s make up removing wipes and fell in love. They’re honestly really great for sensitive skin. My #VoxBox arrived a few weeks ago and I was excited to try the latest from Neutrogena and totally made an effort to wear make up on a regular basis. Sometimes I wake up at the 11th hour. Overall, I saw a different in my skin and felt great. The smell and feeling was a game changer and I’d recommend everyone make the switch.
Going along with the typical “I’m a millennial stereotype,” I love when companies use their pull to promote social good. For every mention on social media with #WipeForWater, Neutrogena will contribute $1 to The Nature conservancy to support water conservation, up to $50,00. How great is that?! So next time you’re picking up make up remover, keep Neutrogena Naturals in mind!
I received Neutrogena Naturals from Influenster for free and all opinions are my own.
